The lower in that picture is actually the lower from my Sabre Defense 16" middy. When I finally get around to building the dedicated lower for hers, It will most likely get either a Magpul MIAD or Tango Down grip along with an ACS stock.

Looks like a pelican case, particularly with the camera insert pads. Just a guess though, wouldn't be the first time I was wrong... Very clean setup.
