If you have a tad bit of movement or "play" it is not the rail. At least, not likely to be the rail. Odds are you need an AccuWedge between your upper and lower. Any play at all between them feels drastically magnified if using a VFG. Its more perception than reality. Most ARs have a little play between the upper and lower. All the rails I've used, free floating and otherwise, locked up real tight.
