The upper is not a complete Larue but very close. I am actually waiting for a Larue stealth upper receiver. The current specs are

Yes. The front and back straps are adjustable to 3 different sizes.

How do you like the Nightforce 2.5-10??? does the 2.5 mess you up for up close shooting?

It is sweet! Not something I would use to clear rooms with, but sufficient for Close Quarter Target (CQT) shooting
