Reopening Part Deux! We have a more powerful server, twice the CPU and four times the RAM.
I'm kind of afraid to say this but... let's stress test this thing!
ok i'll bite....because i never had a gun like this...why the fins?
Because a featureless gun cannot have a pistol grip, along with several other prohibited features. In exchange for losing the prohibited features you can drop legally owned or legally borrowed magazines (including those holding more than 10 rounds) with your finger instead of a tool. Some featureless grip products work by blocking your thumb from wrapping around the grip.
why not grip the grip?
Good question. With the Hammerhead featureless grip, you can wrap your hand around the gun:
stupid question....but how do you pin the collapsable stocks so they are featureless?
Mine was kind of easy as use the hammerhead grip so i had a buffer tube i could just punch screw into.
but here is another way i put one metal peg under the trigger to move the stcok and another up front just to be safe.
well I took care of my flash suppressor and put on a mfi fake suppressor, only because it gave me the option of lengthening it overall, and getting the barrel over 16" and custom threaded for the FN. Looks cool but I hate the poser look, but what do you do?? When I got the suppressor it made my gun overall length 31.5", I bored out some of the threaded portion so it would overlap the barrel and there was 2" of thread so it gave me enough thread to tighten it on the barrel and pin the bad boy to make it permanant, then you just smoothen out the weld so the out attachment can go over it.
Thanks for hosting the video again. I don't know if you've tried this but it is possible to pin the stock without removing the friction lock lever. I've posted a comment in the thread you linked above.
