Look at the receiver. You'll see a bunch rivets on the stamped models like the WASRs, Saiga you held.

The milled models look much more clean and have a lightening cut (that rectangular indentation) right by the magazine. They're a tad heavier, but I hardly notice the difference when picking them up.

The milled guns are more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing to me...but more expensive as well.

I see. I definitely held Saigas and WASRs, so there is some slight hope out there. Thanks for the info. Now to find one and hold it to see how it feels

I really want one. Most my guns are C&R, I need some newer stuff to balance it out. All these pictures are making me want one evey more now.

I'm normally a traditionalist, but effing crap man, has anyone here ever tried to shoulder an AMD-65 or a Polish Tantal?

Cheek weld not possible, chin weld not possible, so I got a cheek riser, but it still sat too low, so I went with an illuminated optic to see the sight a little better.

I hate looking at it as much as the next guy and I kind of regret getting an ultimak rail because I had to make some permanent mods to my handguard, but at least i can shoot it now.

                  Here is my AK.

Wish I could say I built it...but I didn't. Bought it from a local shop and overpaid for it to boot!

But when I shoot it it makes me go
