Probably cost little more with US labor/MFG costs more. But I would still buy one.

Will they figure out that Kalishnikov stamped rifles may be banned by name here? Will they care? You would think they would want to sell rifles to California shooters.

Has anyone heard a price range on their rifles? I'm wondering if it would be "Arsenal" $1k+ territory or maybe something in-between Century & Arsenal($7-800 range)

                    The list has
Kalashnikov USA: Hunter Rifle I Saiga
If they change the name from Saiga, then it's okay.

Russian Weapon Company Group (RWC) is the licensed importer for all Kalashnikov Concern firearms and is located in Tulltown, PA.

It appears that the US made firearms will be marked Kalashnikov USA as the manufacturer and the factory may be end up in PA.

Kalashnikov USA is not related to the Kalashnikov Co of Russia in any way. It's RWC new business, since they can no longer import Russian made AK into the U.S.
Moreover, Kalashinkov Co made the official statement, that U.S. made AK are nothing else but illegal replica. On the other side, they admitted that Kalashnikov trademark is not officially registered in the U.S. yet

That is also what I have been reading. RWC/Kalashnikov USA is not even allowed to communicate with Kalashnikov Concern in Russia, much less get parts or tooling from them

Quote from here: "We are not permitted to pick up the phone and to talk to them," said Thomas McCrossin, CEO of RWC, which owns the Kalashnikov USA brand. "We were forced to stop doing business with them because of the sanctions."

I would love to see the genuine Russian Kalashnikov Concern open up a factory here, so I do hope someone can tell me I am wrong.
