The M+M M10X 7.62x39mm Russian AK-type long-stroke gas piston/op-rod (push-type operating rod) semi-auto-only tactical rifle/carbine is one of those products. When DefenseReview (DR) saw an almost-production-ready prototype at SHOT Show 2015, we found ourselves liking its overall design aesthetic, which is kind of European modernist in style. It looks and works/operates somewhat like a cross between a modernized Kalashnikov AK-47/AKM and a SIG 550-series rifle. The saiga's are designed to take a proprietary mag but barely. you need a bullet guide from dinzad.com and the mag release needs to be trimmed back ever so slightly and you can run ak mags all day long.

as far as pricing they seem to have stayed fairly level with the ban around 600 is what you should pay for a saiga un modified
