          Joining the bandwagon

Funny, I've always been an AR fan, but last Saturday, I woke up and decided it was time to buy an AK. I know nothing about them and have been scouring the threads here to brush up on what to look for and what to avoid. I see one in my very near future.

After putting together my first AR, I'm dying to build an AK pistol but I fear that I missed the boat for CA LAW (SSE stuff). Is there any recourse for a 100% or an 80% receiver build at this point?

Palmetto is making AK stuff now, I might have to build one now.

I've been going AK for a while now. Featureless AK is the way to go IMO.
I've been selling off stuff to build my AK rifle collection.
Not a huge fan of the pistols though.

I'm quite interested in these new Kalashnikov made-in-America AKs.
God may have made men, but Samuel Colt made them equal.

Send me pics of your: Colt Detective Special, AMT Hardballer, pre-64 Winchester Model 70. I'm looking for them.

Great, as if I don't have enough AKs now.

I mean, I'll have to get another one..

                            This is me exactly

Great news from Shot Show and this year definitely has my first AK in the cards.

I know ZERO about them so I will spend more time as the year goes on learning more and what to buy ... wanting to stay in this PSA $600 price tag point though regardless.

Geiselle AK trigger would be cool. All the Tapco FCG-equipped AKs I have shot started at 3 Ibs. pull weight(advertised 4 Ibs.), then they go down to 2.5 Ibs. after a couple thousand rounds. I am not sure I want to carry these AKs in a SHTF scenario.
