So I want to let you guys know a recent experience I had with them.
During their Xmas sale they had a 1x4 Bushnell optic on clearance for 69 bucks
That one in particular. I ordered on the 24th and hadnt heard anything until yesterday when I called in. I waited 30 mins on hold and talked to a lady and she basically told me that they had oversold the clearance scope and could offer me two things.
1)refund or
2) they offered me a free upgrade on the scope. Instead of the base model they offered me the upgraded model for the same 69 bucks...which is a steal!!!
basically a 400+ dollar scope for 69 bucks.
So that being said, their communication sucks...thats for sure. They were supposedly "just getting around to emailing customers this week" about the scopes...however, once contacted they were kind, courteous and blew me away with the free upgrade option.
Also mods, i apologize if this is in the wrong place...i know its about an optic, but its more about the experience than the glass. Feel free to move as you see fit.
