I'm 6'5 and my PRS (when adjusted) is perfect for me and so is a 6 position fully extended. I haven't tried an a2 though.

My pops runs the extender that goes between the stock and reciever on both his. Add about 1".

I'd look into changing your shooting style before adding length to an A2 stock. I'm 6'2" with long gorilla arms, seriously it's a challenge finding long sleeved shirts long enough, and I don't even extend my stocks past the second position out.

Dude, no. I'm 6'6". For you to actually need a longer LOP, you either need to make a serious adjustment to your shooting position, or you have the proportions of some sort of space alien, or you don't really have an A2 stock and instead have one of those short entry stocks.

This is just a guess on my part, but you probably don't have an arm span rivaling Shaq while only being 5'8".

Make sure you have an A2 instead of an entry stock(the entry stocks are about 7" long if I remember right), and take an appleseed course or something to get some coaching for your shooting positions, maybe even just try striking up some conversation at the range if you see someone shooting positions who appears to know what they're doing(and they aren't busy), to see if you can get some tips.

At 5'8". It sounds like you're "blading". Turning your shoulders as if shooting a bow. You should collapse that stock, dig it into your upper distal pec and square up. Both eyes open.
            Or not
            A2s are rad. Good luck

Same here at 6'3" no stock extenders needed, in fact I don't extend my collapsible stocks all the way either.

Even standing almost perpendicular to the target like someone shooting standing unsupported in a service rifle match, an A2 is still a lot of stock, and adding to that for any other position is pretty much only going to get in the way.

Yes, I do stand bladed. But like I said, the 6 position stock fully extended (which is ~.5" longer than A2) feels much much better to me. I never liked shorter stocks w/ pistol grips for some reason. I just feel very cramped.

Maybe he's a Bigfoot? Setting stock length is a simple act, plenty of y-tubys on that subject.
