Look for yourself. The CA semiauto ban(AW) ID flowchart is right at the top of the page, and includes all 3 lists of rifles banned by name. I'll give you a clue though: Your FFL is full of ****.

Tigers and real SVD rifles are not banned by name in California. Only SB23 banned by features. Bullet button it and you are fine. You can even use the proper mags as they are only 10 round mags...
