Why does everyone act like it's the end of the world when PSA gets their order mixed up? Jeeze, call them up and just straighten it out instead of whining about it on the internet.

For what it's worth, I recently ordered from PSA and got exactly what I ordered in a reasonable amount of time.

Dude, just cancel the order then. You're making it sound like PSA shipped you the wrong upper, broke into you house, kicked your dog, raped your wife, knocked up your daughter, stole your birthday, took the upper back, sh*t on you carpet and then didn't even close the door when they left. You aren't even giving them a chance to make things right, so just ask for a refund and go to BCM.

They did the same thing with me a few months back. I called customer service, they emailed me a shipping label, I sent it back same day I received it, the right one was at my door 10 days later.

Seriously. The internet gun people are the worst bunch of whiners yet...and I thought the car crowd was bad!!

PSA has treated me well in all of my 9 transactions with they. If you are impatient, or unrealistic, go elsewhere. If you want good quality for the price, and you can wait a couple weeks, go for it!

some people take things way too seriously i received the shipping label today and shipped it back to psa today. FYI, i only reacted to the bcm sale news because i spent $1k on an bcm upper only 2 months ago and would've saved a bit on a free BCG and cage (wouldn't you say the same if you bought a bcm right before a sale like this?). i'll wait for the right upper to get to me from psa but in the mean time i have a scar arriving in a few days so i'm sure i'll be able to keep myself occupied in the meantime

PSA is like rolling the dice for a lot of products. You never know how it'll come up. Known for cheap parts, poor quality control & QA. I'd never buy a PTAC upper & "hope for the best" that's just me. I prefer known quality. I will buy ammo there & I have gotten through to customer service, unlike a lotta folks.

                        PSA Makes it right

How about this. I ordered a 16" Dissy back in December 2012. It was supposed to be a mid-length gas. Just pulled the handguard off 3 weeks ago and discovered it had a carbine length gas. I contacted the rep on the industry section and they provided return shipping and sent out a new one within 7 days. Great CS. Oh and by the way, I picked up 2 BCM uppers with free BCG and Comp mod 0 for $700.00 each. I'm a fan of both as they provide most of what I want for my systems.

People spend less than $300 on PSA products, get the wrong one, then badmouth people who support BCM?

It's because PSA uppers shoot 1 MOA.

I dont know........but the PTAC reviews I've seen have been positive. Im talking function wise, not fit/finish. I dont own one but i bought my son a PTAC middy and he loves it.

I order from PSA frequently, but they seem to be getting slower and slower as of late. My last ammo order took a phone call and 4 1/2 weeks to arrive. Never had any wrong items shipped though.
