    i sent it back to the manufacturer and he just told me hes waiting for his techs to let him know so who knows.

      Check the barrel nut. I worked on a guys gun with the same issue, who had it assembled at a reputable gun shop in oc. Upon disassembly to check gas port size, I noticed that the barrel nut was barely hand tight. I torqued it down reassembled and it ran fine. I believe upon firing, the flex and movement in the loose barrel caused the bolt to hag up a bit.

        yeah the company sent me a new barrel i figure the problem was the barrel it all works fine now.
