They are around.
Colt doesn't sell the lowers themselves, so every one you see has been split up from an assembled gun.
Ratworx and fidelis split them up, otherwise check the lowers section of the arfcom EE, they come up often enough, but be prepared to pay the premium for a colt lower.

No. Check the CG flow chart for the particular nomenclature of Colts
that are banned. Pete

I bought my complete Colt LE 6940 (law enforcement only, etc rollmark) lower brand new in package a couple years ago. Serial number and Colt paper work shows its a LE 6940. They are virtually identical to the Kali restricted LE 6920 lower. The LE6940 lower is off list so good to go.
