Want to build AK reciever from flat, who do I call?

you can press one from a flat (axis pin holes need to be heat treated), rails need to be welded and center support has to be added or you can get a 100% receiver from a company like NDS, AWO, Southern Armament or 74ullc and use it to build up your parts kit at a later date.

Says the guy that claims you have to heat treat the whole thing. . .
What do I know though, Ive just spent 25 years arround forged blades.
