AR Front Sight Types

Are there any front sights out there that do NOT have bunny ears (metal wings beside front sight post flare out) aside from HK style front sights, Magpul BUIS (triangular with top portion cut off), and YHM diamond front shaped sights?

Looking for folding back-up sights that have to straight metal wings or something similar to BUIS.

Mods: Feel free to move to Rifles/Optics section if necessary.

hmm, looks like i missed those.

aside from those, are there any others? i forgot to mention that i prefer minimized gas blocks underneath the handguard.
