which 22 conversion?

i use a ciener in my carbine upper i do all my plinking with, this month alone i've gone through about 10000 22lr in it. i'll get a ftf every couple hundred or so rounds because of the buildup, just a squirt of clp after about 200rds and business as usual. at the end i just switch up to 223.

If your barrel isn't a match grade barrel, I wouldn't give it another thought.

what'da'ya want, a guarantee in writing? even regular 223 ammo can possibly damage your barrel. slim to none, but possible i guess.

if you're that worried get a dedicated upper to ease your mind, do whatever you have to so you don't have an anxiety attack.
