I have no experience with the rifle but plenty of experience with Hinterland Outfitters and Brett... both are GTG!

Brett is very accommodating - very CA friendly... back when mag locks were only known in CA (pseudo underground), he was willing to install on an AK variant prior to shipping (when no other out of state vendors were doing so).

I think they have gone to fixed shipping price too - $9 per order iirc (like Grabagun.com).

For those looking for a Sig 716 .308 AR, Hinterland Outfitters has them in stock with a Sig red dot scope! Just ordered mine today! Let Brett know you heard it from Stan. There's a reason they are my #1 online store which i also have posted a review in one of my posts. The only thing is they don't have 10rd Sig mags which the rumor is that Sig isn't making them until the 3rd quarter

they charged me 60 for the bb but they are great to work with-I gave up on DPMS build due to unfilled backorders going back to october.Looks like a great rifle cant wait to get it and go to front sight-thanks for the heads up.

Purchased mine the day I started this thread. However, I mailed in a cashier's check which they just received and just shipped it to my local FFL. It will be arriving at my local FFL next week to begin the DROS

a1rfreshener - A couple of calgunners that already have the Sig 716 recommended replacing the trigger for a smoother and lighter trigger
