If something that big were to be changed then I don't think it would just happen.
I mean, it's created a fairly large amount of business in California(and elsewhere) that making OLL's illegal somehow all of a sudden would just be a reckless move by the State.
So I think we'd see it come it in farther advance than you'd think, IF it were ever to happen.
