Remove all parts from the lower, including all little stuff until it's just a skeleton, save parts, buy legal lower, install same. Take illegal lower and toss in the bay.....or.....call an attorney, pay attorney to negotiate legal surrender of said weapon.

In lieu of paying an attorney, bring the stripped lower receiver to a gun buyback program and get official law enforcement amnesty, along with a gift card to some store to buy useless junk.
