BCG not feeding all the way, advice please help

Hey guys, so today I went out to the Angels National Forst Shooting Range to fire my DT Sport for the very first time. Well it was a very sucky felling when I put my mag in let the bolt go and once I pulled my trigger... click and no bang . So I pulled on that latch and fed the second round in and I got a double feed, the first round that was in the chamber did not fly out. Now all this happened with my PMags.

So I cleared the gun and tried it again and it finally shot but when I placed a new mag in it again same thing the bolt wont move the bullet all the way in. You can see it needs to go in just a bit more, so I hit the forward assist and still nothing. This time I took out the mag and then pulled the bullet out that did not shoot. I went and purchased some oil and oiled the BCG and still the first 2 rounds would get stuck and not fire. I feel like the BCG is not pushing the bullet all the way in.

So I just cleaned my AR and oiled it and and I'm going to go out there tomorrow again and try it out one more time and see if there is a major problem with it. I was using American Eagle .223 55 gr FMJ to shoot.

I used Rem Oil to clean the BCG, 'I put it apart and sprayed everything down. After I wiped everything clean I used Hoppe's 9 to oil everything up.

Please if you can point out a problem that I'm having i would really appreciate it. Also what are the best cleaning products I can use to clean the parts and the best iOS or grease that it out there?

Are you dropping the bolt from locked open on the first round or are you easing the charging handle forward?

I've dropped it from a locked position after a mag had finished and I've pulled the handle back and let it go so it can chamber a round, both ways it would not shoot. Then I would charge it again and it will finally shoot if it did not double fed.

Sounds like you either dont have the magazine seated properly and/or you're riding the CH.

I'm thinking the buffer spring but you said your DT is fire for the first time. Means its brand new

Yup I was thinking that too but it's brand new it should work well. Can it be that the Bolt is just new and it has a lot of friction that's why its doing this?

Are you using a mil-spec buffer tube?

Its either buffer tube or buffer spring.

I'm thinking either this or perhaps the buffer spring. Does it not fully chamber when you load it with a non-full mag (like 9 rounds in the mag instead of 10)?

It's commercial that what it came with. Should I change the tube to Mil-Spec or should I just oil it up a bit?

A full mag was the problem but when I would put 6-8 rounds it would work.

Riding the CH is holding onto it all the way into battery. You should pull it back and LET GO! Let it slam.

Sound like a mag issue to me, check the gas tube where it enters the bcg too, if that's bent it will definitely give you problems, is there any abnormal wear on the mag lip? Do you gave any difficulty locking the mag into the mag well?
You kick a donkey enough and it will bite you. Yep its on the net look it up.

It's a brand new gun. $100 says it's the loose screw behind the trigger.
