I have (or had) nearly every quality flip up sight on the market. If I had to pick one "general" one, it would be the KAC 200-600M Micro Rear Sight.

For a "faster" option, the KAC 300M Micro would be the way to go. It has a larger aperture for faster sighting. The standard Troy rear would be my #3 choice.

I have used Troys in the past but the KAC takes the cake!

For a flip-up rear sight I would have to say Troy is top tier stuff. DOA or M4 style would be a personal preference.
          +1.

Overall, I prefer the LMT fixed rear sight, but I agree that for folding rear, I like Troy as only a flat screwdriver is needed to lock it in place whereas others need a wrench.
