AR heavy barrel + barrel nut question

Can you put a standard barrel nut and put it on a Yankee Hill heavy barrel? I'm looking into getting the Troy/VTAC 13" or 15" rail. Just so there's no confusion, here are the parts I'm talking about:

YHM barrel:

That will all work. Dont forget a Lo Pro gas block if you want it under the rail.
