I know that a more refined u15 would sell better, I'd more seriously consider buying one if it was. As it is, definitely not my thing and uncomfortable to boot.

What part of the U15 stock is uncomfortable? The only problem I can see is if someone has a really big hand that doesn't fit well between the stock and the receiver extension (buffer tube).

It wouldn't be comfortable with the grip in that shape, but I like the design. I'll talk to them this weekend, maybe I'll even give them a stock to play with. They are wicked designers.

BTW, I do think the U-15 is awesome. I'm just wishing for more options. After all, how many different iterations of the AR carbine stock are out there?

lighter weight? heck no.
Indeed, I want a U15 in walnut, deep stained and finished in Finn 1/1/1 mix.
I also want the handguards to be walnut with aluminum liners. The barrel would be a 20" match barrel, and a bipod in front as well.

Wouldn't that be perfect. "What black rifle?"
