I was gonna ask what makes it so expensive, then looked at the picture. Neat magwell and nice addition of the larger trigger guard. Still too expensive for my blood.

Nice, but too rich for my blood. Not my style either...doesn't look tough or evil to me. Looks a bit feminine with the arched cut design. This is not a stain glass wall!

I do like where they are taking it having larger trigger guard be an intergral part of the lower. A few less parts to worry about. Should have been that way from the get-go. Take notice, AR lowers manufacturers!!

          Some pics anyway...

I do like the SM-15 lower they have though. Larger magwell and with the larger trigger guard. $250 is not that unreasonable. I'd take that instead.

I like the idea, however I would love to see it done in something more "dark" like spider-webbing or some kind of silhouette i.e. skull/demon/lightning, etc. OR!- custom made to order (really expensive, but very cool)- anything you can dream up. Kind of like a tat!

Everytime I see 'ventilated' mag wells or magazines (i.e, peep windows) I am reminded of the French Chauchat MG and all its problems.

I'm thinking about the single shot lower for my next 50 build in a few years. I'm still without a light gun and this receiver under an ALS light gun upper would be perfect for me!

I wonder why the 0 shot lower without a magwell requires an FFL.

It's an action! The same as an unbarrelled bolt action action.

Difference is, the ventilated mag wells don't leed into the magazine itself; the Chauchat's magazine itself was open to the elements. It would be like running a windowed PMAG with no plastic in the cutout.

If that was a .308 lower I guess I would pay that considering .308 run about the same price.
