    Will this work??

I would like to buy a CMMG lightweight middy barrel for a stripped Bushmaster upper that I already have. However, the barrel has M4 feed ramps and the BM upper does not have the M4 extensions. Will it work?

Also, if it does work, will that combo produce a higher rate of FTF due to the improper mating of barrel and receiver?

Does anybody in Calguns have this setup? I would love to hear from.

I can't find the picture that Randall posted a while back, but the gist of it (if I'm remembering correctly) was that this will work, but is not ideal.
