Inexpensive AR lower in bay area.

I have a friend who is interested in picking up a brand new lower to start a build. He honestly could careless about the roll mark so long as it is inspec. Looking around the $100 price range. Where located close to S.F. can I pick one up on the cheap? Honestly the drive probably needs to be fairly close.

Call High Bridge Arms if you are willing to spend about 120 but avoid the travel. You *may* find something for a little less but you'll spend that in time and gas by the time you do it twice. They were carrying Stag and CMMG as of early Dec.

Canyon Sports in Martinez had OLLs under the counter last week for $75. Call them maybe...

I'm also looking for a place for about 100 OTD for another build. A lower is a lower roll mark dont matter to me either. As long as its not plum crazy.

yep, probably one of the only "good deals" this place has ever had. I prefer to avoid them, but at 75 bones even I was tempted!

$208 for a stripped lower? What was the other $128 for?

That was $208 for two, so $104 OTD a piece. Just curious, what brand lowers were these at Canyon Sports?

report back if highbridge has em around your price range. i'm also in SF and looking to build (another) AR

you may also want to see if golden gate arms in san bruno (across from tabors) has any.

If you think about traveling that far keep going to pacifica and city arms.

Friends don't let Friends shop @ Canyon Sports.
Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

Well I have to agree about Canyon Sport's prices, but I couldnt resist the price. And the boss seems to enjoy rubbing people wrong. Quite a character, but I've worked with FAR more difficult people. The 2 lowers were of the Surplus Ammo and Arms variety, multi-cal, LOW16. Im not sure what justifies such a low price because the quality seems just fine.

UG Imports sold me a PSA lower for $79.99; OTD was something like $104.
