You do know the difference between a private entity and a Government owned or sanctioned body, right?


Just to expound a bit, here we have a set of rules on what can be posted or said. No porn, no death threats, no personal insults or denigrating statements to other members and such. These do not violate anyone's 1st Amend. right as this is a privately owned entity and therefore not acting on behalf of the Govt.

Were these kind of restrictions placed on what could be said in a venue controlled by the Government then you would have a 1st Amend. issue.

you are missing the point that, is a privatley owned and operated site. and a FREE one i might add! so the least you could do is respect others and especially the site opps rules and not try and offed them with youre little cheap shot sig line.
