Hoping I get a quicker response here.
Recently purchased a new BCG.
Stripped and cleaned. During reassembly I experienced some difficulty reinstalling Cam Pin. I noticed the Bolt hole wouldnt line up because it went in to "deep". Had to "back out" the Bolt just a hair (about .2mm) for the Cam Pin to line up with the hole.
I was able to reassemble the BCG without any further problems.
My question is. Since i had to "back out" the Bolt there is a small (.2mm) gap between the Bolt Tail and where it is suppose to "sit" inside the Carrier.
Does this affect performance/reliability? Does the Bolt need to make a proper "seal" in the bottom of the Carrier for proper gas pressures, etc?
