    AR question

Been thinkin about what my next toy will be and have been thinkin that i may wanna get my first AR. Lookin into the Ar15 style. Thing is I dont want to spend 2k on an AR.

Lets say my budget is $1000. What would to recommend? I understand there are better rifles out there for more money so lets just skip that answer

    Thank all!

Asking what kind of AR should I buy is like asking what kind of car should I buy? Best thing you can do is read ALOT and figure out what you want first then go from there.

Depends on what you're looking for. Piston AR? Rifle length?

As a bias'ed Stag Model 8 owner, i'd give a glance at the various options Stag offers.

Maybe go to a local, OLL friendly gunstore and see what they have on hand.
