Years ago "1973" I bought my first AR it was a Colt .It's operation was flawless over my ownership of the rifle. In 1984 I bought an Olympic Arms CAR which looked cool looked like the Colt but was a p.o.s. through out its life ,as a range toy the Olympic Arms was fine . To trust my life with the Colt it the one I would have had to chose. I sold both in 1989 . If I wanted a range toy I would from experience buy any cheap AR type. If I wanted a dependable rifle that would last and last and I would call on to use with confidence would be the highest quality built Ar which would be BCM , best bang for the buck !!!
California's politicians and unionized government employees are a crime gang that makes the Mexican drug cartels look like a Girl Scout Troop in comparison.

What cracks me up is that i have a gun i built that is not chrome lined, no mpt tested bolt, f/a carrier, dpms lpk and rifle gas/16" barrel, cerro forge upper, mega lower, no extractor spring o-ring... yet 5k rounds later my groups have only improved, never had a ftf/fte or any other malfuction... even through 2 courses that ran our guns pretty darn hard (mine and a larue with no m4 feedramps were the only two ars that didnt malfunction)
you don't rise to the occasion,
you just fall back on your level of training.

As I said, some believe that the beyond TDP mouse trap is a better one. I'm not agreeing or disagreeing.

I'm not sure we agree on the second statement, but that's what makes discussions interesting.

Im gonna make an AK chart, so the other side does not feel left out.

Most of the columns will be filled with "nobody knows" or "does not matter"
with just about every model getting a passing grade save for I.O.

But FN doesn't make ARs/M4s for civilians, which was the rifle under discussion.

I'm here laughing my butt off as usual. We already hashed out the "new" chart. Its just more of the same sales pitch, just presented in a different way. Its no different then you going car shopping and every dealership has won awards stating their car is the best,... its all BS guys. People go to extraordinary lengths to validate what they like. Thats all the chart is.

oh and FTR, You read anger while I type LMAO... Next time you read my post read it in "Larry the Cable Guy's" voice. Maybe then you will stop thinking I am angry. Its actually more pity and "you people can't be this dumb" emotion.

pretty much my feelings as well!

I signed up for an account at m4carbine but I actually NEVER go there. I think I browsed a round for a little but then i figured out how retarded they all are... at least here people are like "amazing budget build! nice work!" and over there it's like "good luck with that DPMS barrel not blowing up in your face"

If its not made by IO, then it gets a passing grade.
