Question about AICS

Stock ordered and DROSing gun this after noon. Which rings with a 20moa base and a scope with a 50mm objective. I hear you have to go high instead of medium?

With a 50mm scope, all you need is either MEDIUM or LOW rings.

My Leupold 6.5-20x50mm M1 Mark4 fits fine with a Badger 20MOA base and medium rings.

The AICS itself doesn't affect your needed ring heights. Your barrel contour is more likely to have an effect on that. I'm using a #7 contour and a 44mm scope barely clears. With butler creek flip-up caps the caps are touching the barrel.

Took me a couple of days but I tracked down an SPS. Turners only had 22-250s and offered to order one but couldn't give me an ETA. Ammo bros has one coming in so I'm getting that one I am so looking forward to this build. Only need a couple of mags now and a stock pack.
