    308 win. AR Pistol

Anybody built a pistol on a 308 AR platform. I would like to build one , need some tip on the build, under 14in. I already have 223 / 7.62x39 / 9mm / 22 all dedicated . I have an 80% 308 lower already. or should i just build it as a carbine

You have too much money. Give me some if you're having trouble spending it all.

    An AR-10 pistol? Seriously?

Let the man build what he wants.

I've seen it done, produces a helluva muzzle blast, but looks fun. Go for it if it's your cup of tea.

IMO ammo is too expensive for a plinker/range toy.

Yes, don't own any but I have built and shot them. Fun, hell yeah. Practical, hell no. Your money, do with as you please.
The JD lowers and Mag Pul mags don't work very well.

A TM 308 lower works great with Magpul mags.

                              A .308 pistol? REALLY?
Using gun control to stop crime is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline!
