    question about aw flow chart

I've got the flow chart figured out except for appendix A and B.

Are they just talking about AR lowers, uppers, complete AR's?
I thought it was just for lowers but i saw a couple of uppers i'm looking at i think on appendix B.

I'm looking into Rock River Arms .223/556 uppers. The one's i'm looking at are the CAR A4, Mid-length A4, standard A4.

I've been trying to figure this out for the last 2 days so if anyone can give me some insight i would truly appreciate it.

    Thanks Guys

The lower receiver is the 'gun.'

    So just the lower.

You can have all of the evil upper receivers you want.

I understand that lol. Just wondering if they meant complete gun or if they for some reason where talking about uppers.

if you understand that the lowers are the gun, and you can own all the uppers you want, then whats the question?
