            YES both would be correct! You can build a house with Legos or you can assemble a house with Legos.

              I, as well as every other mechanical engineer is with you on that one. Also build and assembly are the same thing.
              Things are a lot more like they used to be than they are now...

                Unfortunately, I don't know the price of all of the items (my buddy bought them on his own). I know that most of the parts were purchased at RifleGear and that the UBR stock was purchased from Bravo Co. (It is listed at around $251 on their site).

                When the upper receiver arrives, I'll try and see if we can put together a total cost.
