If it is a winco cornflake, and not kellogs, then I would offer him half the price. Its always fun to know why people think a certain way, I am very interested to know his reasoning behind it. No harm in asking a couple of questions without blatantly telling him he is stupid.

There are really good deals on Gun Broker and really bad deals, this seems to be a really bad deal. Everyday I see auctions for Federal .308 Match ammo for more than it costs in the local stores. Sometimes I see stuff there that is way cheaper than the stores, or something that is very hard to find locally. That Rock River AR is nothing special as far as I can tell, but who knows maybe he will find someone who doesn't know what they are looking at and bid on the "really cool" rifle.

I'm glad you are getting a kick out of it. "Highlander" made such a laughable, embarrassing (not to mention ignorant beyond the scope of human BELIEF!) statement, that I just had to "save it" for posterity.....You can't even imagine the PM's I got from other Christians that were appalled about (a) the absurdity of the statement itself, and (b) the fact that he has that much nerve of self-entitlement that he would claim to "speak for all Christians world wide." The majority of the PM's & e-mails I got ended with very close variations on "He makes us (Christians) look very bad" and "It's people like him that turn so many people off to Christianity." I tend to agree. And would you believe it all started as a simple disagreement over the recoil characteristics of the 10mm round? Anyway, when that (the "Satanic Demon" statement) came as his trying to make me "look bad" because I was in strong disagreement over something he had said, I was so blown away that it compelled me , for the FIRST time ever,to actually use someone else's quote as my actual sig line.

No, a DIAS has nothing to do with the lower in the registry. It is the actual part registered, you can put it in anything you want as the DIAS itself is considered the MG. Same thing goes for LL and sears.
