But, I am not a liar. I know what was said to me. That being said.... good luck to you brothers. Maybe it was a huge misunderstanding!
I'm not calling you a liar; I'm saying whomever told you that was wrong.

I AM ONE OF THE OWNERS, and I'm setting the record straight. Please accept this. These things are hard enough to keep the rumors from spreading.

      Paperwork!

So, you didn't properly fill out the FFL application. Sole owner or joint ownership. That seems like a paperwork error to me!

A paperwork error on the front end is nothing like a paperwork error in the daily operations. Heck, they even tried to give us crap because we didn't have the secretary of the company listed as an interested party, but had the president and CFO listed.

If you are screwing up the daily paperwork, that is a big deal. If you might have started as a sole owner and then took on a partner and didn't realize you had to add them and the ATF suddenly wants to make a big deal of it and shut down your operation, that is an entirely different matter (assuming that might be what happened and they didn't simply check the wrong box).
www.tenpercentfirearms.com was open from 2005 until 2018. I now own Westside Arms.

No.. not a screw-up on the application. And "paperwork" to an FFL is the daily DROS/4473 stuff. This is a complicated issue that has nothing to do with our handling of our paperwork.

BINGO. And we added them to the FFL in March of 2009. To be honest, I still don't believe we are in error, but the ATF has the last word, we have NO money to fight them, so we are complying as fast and tediously has possible.

I didn't mean to mean to defame you guys. My original post was "you had paperwork problems". I still don't understand why that was such a BAD thing!
Everyone makes mistakes. I have made many in my life!
This is a side note. I think everyone should check out this website.

Airing PERSONAL business things on the net is an indirect way of defaming someone. Why you didn't just leave it be since you didn't have all the facts is beyond me.

I used to live right by Uncle Pauls and Island View. I bought my lower from Island View, great guy and good prices. I hadn't bought anything from Uncle Paul's but they were always very nice and helpful. If you absolutely had to you could go to Shooter's Paradise...
