Help me decide!

Hey guys, well im 19, about to be 20. Now that im 19 soon 20, i wont be able to purchase a stripped lower reciever (parents are out of the question), but i was looking around and found this ATI vk22 rimfire rifle. The lower reciever on this rifle can be used to operate any .223/5.56 upper's.
So what im asking is, should i purchase this rimfire rifle and the upper receiver, or buy a complete rifle with a .22 upper.

exactly, thats why i can get started on building my ar sooner lol. Just get this setup with the .22 then later on i can buy the upper and slap it on to the lower receiver!

Stripped lowers fall under "other" so he's gotta be 21..it's retarded IMHO

Maybe you can buy an upper, then find a semi-local person put it on his/her complete lower that he/she wants to sell you and ppt it as a complete rifle.

you both go to the FFL and PPT the complete rilfe for $300.

Hey thanks! i was actually looking at that rifle before the vk22. But after what some said about the complete rifle deal, i might aswell go that route with a quality lower.
