    Non-functional AR lower receiver replica?

So I have all these extra AR parts lying around...

I'm thinking if I had a non-functioning replica receiver I could attach them to, I would have a decent conversation piece to hang on the wall, maybe even something that'd be useful for running some practice drills....

Anybody know of a product like this?

ar15plus.com has a dummy receiver but they are more than a real receiver.

Looks like a paint 80% lower to me.

Look in to the legalities of dummy guns first.

In some cases, a real functional gun will get you in less trouble than a fake.

Like the others said, use an 80% lower. Then you have the option to finish it later and have a better conversation piece.

Or just build a real gun and take the firing pin out of it.
