    Rossi Taurus Judge

Folks, Is the new Rossi Circuit Judge (18.5 barrel, .45 Colt & .410) legal in CA? It looks to me as if it should be. Anyone think otherwise?

Well how long is it overall, remember just because the barrel is long enough not to trigger SBS status it still has to meet OAL requirements.

Shotgun with revolving cylinder - CA 'assault weapon', I believe - PC 12276.1; see the Shotgun Flowchart, above.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

That #8 looks like the killer.

Not allowed: "Any shotgun with a revolving cylinder"

That pretty much says it! Thanks Librarian for the solid information.

AFAIK, they are making a .410-only version of the Circuit Judge, what you guys need to ask for is to see if they can make a .45LC/.454/.460 version that won't accept a .410-shell.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?
