I heard from RG once that they sourced Daniel Defense for their uppers. You can call them to confirm, they are straight forward with that.

Where does RG get their gear? Are these Wilson barrels? CMMG Uppers? I have never found out who supplies gear to RG.

I know who supplies Stag...Stags parent company CMT. (Father owns CMT, Son owns Stag.)

RG did the build for me. cost some extra duckets but it was worth it.

Riflegear uppers are mfg'd by DD. Upper reciever, bcg, barrel, etc are DD mfgd and then DD puts the riflegear logo on for them.

Riflegear uppers are just re-named Daniel Defence FYI, which is a great company. They have better specs then the stag. But both will be good uppers though. I have a stag and it has ran flawless for thousands of rounds of low cost wolf, and thousands of federal.

Ide get the riflegear though due to the better specs since price is similar. One thing that stag is good at, depending on the model you can get a BUIS and a free float rail for no extra costs

BCM is also top quality, and they are having a sale on their uppers right now.
