    Les Baer Ultimate .308 off list?

    Legal minds, please chime in.

    I am 95% certain the rifle is off list. From my understanding, in order to be banned by name it must be listed by specific make AND model.

    Les Baer Ultimate AR is banned by name.

    On the receiver of the Ultimate Match .308 it says "Ultimate .308"

    Different model number so therefore off-list correct?

          If it doesn't say what's on the ban list it's fine but, like Colt, it is risky.

              I dont like that it has Ultimate in its name. It might technically be off list but its definitely not something I would want to play with.

              Just get a LMT 308!

                  If it has all of the words that are on the listing, I would think it is a high-risk rifle.
