Do you have first-hand experience in dealing with Ar15performance.com -- good or bad?

H and Donna were a pleasure to deal with. I bought a 6.8 5R Barrel and Bolt from them this spring and was very happy with their product and customer service. Good company to deal with!

I have a complete upper on order right now. Was surprised I got a live person on the phone the first time I called. I spoke with Donna, and she was very helpful in making sure I ordered the upper that was best for me.

ARP is awesome. They made me a really nice 5.56 upper and I love it. I did have issues with popped primers at first, and they sent me a shipping label, I sent it back and they replaced my bolt with a titanium coated one for free.

Donna is really nice and very helpful.

Before I bought my own upper, my I went to ARP for them to build my buddy's upper because of all the good things I heard about them. That solidified my choice to go with them and I also had a buddy get a 6.8 SPC upper from them.

They also have pretty good prices and awesome Nitrocarburized barrels.

Here's my one gripe with that company.

I spoke to the guy on arfcom about a lefthanded bolt in 7.62x39, he said they have them in stock ready to go @ $99.99. I e-mailed the website, spoke with Donna and she said they don't sell LH bolts individually and they weren't available. I go back to ARFCOM and the guy gives me a phone number, I call it, spoke with Donna, she said they don't sell LH bolts; I explained to her what I was told by the guy and she said she needed to see if they had any, then would call me back. I never got a call back. I sent an e-mail a few days later and was hit with the same response that they don't sell LH bolts unless it's with one of their uppers.

Two months later I had a right handed AR chambered in 7.62x39. I don't think I'll deal with them again after this runaround, but outside of my own communications conflict, I have never heard anything bad about their products.
