JSE Surplus experiences - I'm hoping good!

Hey guys, I'm doing my first AR build. I'm looking at all of the suppliers out there, any negative experiences with JSE surplus. I found them in the marketplace section here. They're prices are really good. I'm about to order very soon, just checking in...

Bought lots of stuff from them. Everything was great !!! Got lowers, uppers, lower parts kits, misc parts and all great. They even had the patience to wait for me to find a FFL to transfer the lowers, and that took 3 weeks.

Where are you located ???

There are companies that charge restocking fee or some stupid fee for everything, and then they give you a limited time to refund. They are big and it's hard to deal with when there are problems, right? Well JSE are the complete opposite. They are a small company and give you superior service. How do I know? They refunded an item 6 months later, no questions asked. It's refreshing to know there are companies like them.

Ordered a 20" fluted 1-in-7 YHM barrel Monday, received it yesterday. Like anything else sometimes there are mixups where this one is threaded for a flash suppressor, no mention on their website so I need to get one. Also don't count on the USPS keeping their shipping information up to date, better to assume JSE Surplus sent the part as soon as they receive it. I can live with both of these issues though: a flash suppressor keeps the barrel crown from getting marred and is more easily replaced, while there's nothing anybody can do about the USPS tracking system.

Just got my new upper half from them today. Had problems on my end when trying to order and called them direct. The people there were very helpful and patient. Looks like a quality build: 16",1-9,Badger Gen II Tac latch,UTG 4rail FFloat w/cap for $428 after shipping! Can't wait to try it out!

My upper arrived just as I ordered and looks great. Hopefully I can get to the range soon to sight it in, for now it feeds and extracts just fine with snap caps.

Got my DPMS 18 Inch SASS 308 Barrel from them.

Got a heavy 24" dpms barrel and bcg from them also. They were the only place that had them in stock at the time. Had my parts in less than a week.
