Any place that sells 10/30's? Those kvar 10 rounders look good. I just can't find a place that sells those in 10/30 configuration.

AK's are a thing of beauty due to simplicity and function.
      LMAO after seeing that pic.

I've had friends order from kvar without a problem, but then again some people on this forum have complained kvar won't send stuff to ca.

Order from the KVar site first, if you have any problems, here...

Get the Arsenal Inc. mags, superior to promag in every single way, except price depending.

10/30 mags, forget it, they are of varying quality and more than few have caused feeding problems for people.

Just buy the 40's with your exemption and make em yourself. If you have any problems you can send them to me and I'll make them 10/30's or I can tell you how to do it. A couple pop rivets and your GTG

Thanks brother, but someone else offered to help me out with that.

            Again, thanks for looking out.

I'm with 69mach1. Want to slap a bunch fo crap on something? Buy an AR. The AK looks plain goofy all mall ninja'd up.

The only tacticool AK I ever liekd was the Krebs build- maybe because it just didn't look like an AK at all anymore.

OP, I would do whatever you want. Some may like it, some may not, but at the end of the day, it's your rifle and not somebody else's.

In other news, I see lots of holes in this thread. It only takes about 10 minutes to get rid of them...

                            I've decided on...
                            - UTG Quad rail with covers (not sure which one fits though?)
                            - UTG Quick detach side mount
                            - Tapco Intrafuse Stubby Foregrip
                            - 30rd Bulgarian circle 10 mags
                            - Recoil buffer
                            - Optics? (I don't even know where to start)
                            - A case of Silver bear or Gold tiger ammo? (not sure either)(for target shooting)
                            - 100 rds of really good ammo for special events.
                            - Sling (??)
                            Congratulations!

I don't know if all of this is legal in your state, but...

I went with UltiMAK for my gas tube rail and lower rail
The optic is an Aimpoint Micro T-1... the H-1 is also excellent.
Pistol grip is ERGO, AFG is Magpul.
                            Receiver extension tube is VLTOR.
The butt stock is a LMT SOPMOD.
The light is a Sure Fire scout
Magazines are black polymer Bulgarian "Waffle Pattern" Circle 10's
My AKM is very accurate with Golden Tiger
I use a VICKERS padded sling

When A Saiga is brought back into AK spec, there are 6 holes that should be filled. 2 on the bottom of the reciever and 2 on each side where the extra axis pins are located.

Not really a big deal unless you must have it to spec as far as I know. Ive handled and shot AK's with far more defects than a few extra holes in the receiver.
