Do you mean Fulton is DPMS and ASA is Armalite? Do both companies focus on either DPMS or Armalite uppers?

Fulton recievers are made by DPMS and are fully compatible with all DPMS 308 parts.
ASA recievers are made by pakistani trolls living under freeway overpasses.

They are their own style, having a completely different barrel nut threading.

Just under $4000 for the brown one or $3800 for a black one.

Look at the pics, specifically the rear lug area. This is DPMS style vs Armalite style.

Fulton Arms Lowers are $H!T I bought one a while back and it had swirl marks sharp edges and left a gap between it and the upper when attached.

This shouldn't be a big deal because last I checked Fulton stopped shipping to Cali FFLs.

REKRAB has a nice one that went together well but I don't recall the maker. I will likely be putting together a new 308 in the next 6 months. I was inspired by Rekrab's when i saw it at Rahaagues [sic].

If you decide to go AR-10 Armalite like I did, try www.762sass.com
I did the Aero lower, and the Armalite upper. About $1,300 for a 16 inch mid-length carbine. I will get another upper for long range to use with the same lower.

                              Tactical Machining lower, DPMS upper.

The TM lower is nothing to write home about. It's basic and you won't mind if you scratch or damage it(like I did). I've also handle the POF lower and it's very nice, much nicer finish and deeper markings than the TM. But it costs twice as much and performs the same unless you absolutely NEED that ambi bolt catch release.
