Good point. While moot at this point, postal laws might also come into play if the package is addressed to the OP, but is care of the FFL. Not sure what those laws would say about that situtation.

Anyway, glad this worked out for the best.

Doesn't matter anyways, I got a hold of them shortly after my last post and they halted the shipment and its on the back to them, since I was able to get a hold of them the said they offered me a couple of magazine parts kits ! I didn't ask for them, just asked it was an error in the shipping info or if they were really sending a gun, ended up being that they accidently double shipped it or something along those lines.

To clear it up, I also didn't just get an email and plan to rip them off, like I said in my first post, first thing I did when I got the shipment email was call them, and the guy I talked to just blew it off as an error and didn't even look into the problem I tried giving him the tracking number and my name so he could check and he just said "no no its just an error, don't worry about it."

In the end everything worked out and I got a few magazine parts kits out of the problem, just wish the guy would have listened when I called first, but Henderson is still best firearms company I have dealt with in terms of customer service.
Glad to hear everything worked out for both you and the vendor. That was irresponsible for them to blow you off on the phone call. By giving you some free kits, it just goes to show how cool and respectable they were in the end.

in these sorts of situations, i think to myself "is my integrity worth _____ " because when you do something dishonest for personal gain, you essentially are selling or trading your integrity for whatever you gained.

looks like the OP here did the right thing. nice to be in the company of good honest folk
SCALIA: WTF are you talking about? We can incorporate it under due process. I hate due process and I even think that.

Henderson's one of the best Pro-California FFLs around...glad it worked out for you and them!
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
            Come on...what harm??

Do the right thing and give it to me.
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.

It's not like I got the email while in my undergroud lair twisting my mustache thinking "I COULD RIP THEM OFF, STUPID PRO CALIFORNIA GUN SHOP, MORALS GET IN THE WAY OF A GOOD TIME, MUHAHAHA!".

I called right when I got the email and they blew me off, after that I was questioning if I should pursue convincing them they made a mistake. Some of you guys make me sound so evil lol
