My saiga conversion can handle 2 1/2 inch groups at 100yrds easily with 123gr Wolf Military Classic FMJs.

But as previously stated if you are looking for the most accurate, check out FN and CZ's bolt guns.

+100 for Rob Arms XCR in 7.62x39. I got 1MOA with mine. I regret selling mine though
