For $240, the entire starting lineup of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders better come to my house, smother each other in 30 weight, and assemble the thing for me.

He's gotta get rich somehow right? May as well charge that much since the military is what our government pays into most (maybe he's why our economy is bad?)

Only thing I have is the 300-600 meter super low pro flip up sight. Yup, its a flip-up sight!

Pin must be made of Unobtanium again, kind of like the magpul lowers.

Yeah, I have a M4 RAS free float carbine handguard from them. The part number on it indicates that it's for the military. I picked it up from a friend for a grand total of $40.00 because it wasn't complete, it is in like new condition. The thing was missing the specific barrel nut, mounting collar and pins. KAC was very helpful in helping me locate the parts. It's installed now and I have a grand total of.....$40.00 in it. I also recently picked up the KAC 11 rib panels, pouch and vfg for it for a seller on the forums here. Everything was new for $25.00. So if I add the $25.00 that I paid the guys' at Riflegear to install the handguard I'm into everything for $90.00. Stellar customer service shipped right to my doorstep in socal!
A big shout out to my Knights contact!

that is why I own FAL's......may not be 'tacti-mallninja-cool' BUT they basically eat anything, dont break, get the job done and over 90 countries cant be wrong......

There seems to be a number of vendors/mfrs who need to lay off the crack pipe.......

That's nice and all, but like I mentioned earlier and the fact that some people are missing the point. KAC BCG's are proprietary therefore the parts are obviously going to be much more expensive than your typical run of the mill AR BCG. Not to be an arse, but the fact your FAL eats anything and is accepted in 90 countries is a moot point in this particular thread.

Actually, an oil change cost $500+. (as compare to $20 for a regular car)

Bought a KAC SR-25 Match in 1993. Retail price was $2495.00. I believe I paid $2200.00. I still have it and shoot it on occasion.

And if you bought it in Santa Clara at the (now closed) National Shooting Club, I probably sold it to you.
