on a longshot, if youre the guy down the street from me with the "Big Belly Racing" stickers on your truck, i've got kroil in my garage, and a few import mechanic/rso tricks for making stuff not broken anymores... just a longshot, im not the best with 3 letter acronyms. i think it was a red F150, if i remember right.. longshot like i said, just kind of screams coincidence at me.

also check to see if the bolt stop button near the magwell is stuck up
with that pressed in you cant operate the bolt

Sorry, not me. The sig is one I have always used - stands for Big Bad Republican, though not sure if I really am one anymore, but thats not the point of this discussion.

I dumped about a half jar of lube down the barrel, nothing yet. I posted to the keltec site and now its just a waiting game. I am also planing on calling florida tomorrow to see if I can get anything out of the company.

Any other ideas you guys have would be greatly appriciated.

You can't pull the stock pin out and fold the rifle in half?

If you fold it in half, you should be able to see the back of the bottom of the bolt carrier. You should be able to see if the bolt stop button and latch (as stated above) is keeping the bolt from sliding back.

I would try that, and maybe trying putting FORWARD pressure on the bolt and trying to pull the bolt stop button down. Don't why that would stick the bolt forward...but stranger things have happened.

Believe it or not AR's fail some times too

Hell last year I even had a revolver that jammed up and had to be sent back to the factory

I can't imagine what else it could be unless the bolt has somehow corroded to the chamber's lugs.

You sure you don't have a round still in there that could be gumming things up?

Lube it from the barrel so it drips down into the bolt area. Let it soak for a while....use kroil or something that penetrates well. Then try smacking it around.

also did you take it apart the last time you cleaned it? is there a chance you didint turn the gas tube back into the right position when you put it back together?

iknownot is right too... id hate to think theres a round in there... checked the chamber and sent a brush thru when you cleaned it right?

You got a tree or a wood bench around? Sometimes my SKS will jam up so I just beat on the charging handle for a few seconds and that usally clears it up. Works with AK's too.

Did you had problem putting the bolt back? Sometimes I have to try more than couple of times to get it right. If it was forced you might want to send it back to Kel-tec.

Have you tried rotating the piston sleeve and checking if the piston itself is frozen and not the bolt?

OK, so I have no idea why it was not working, but today, after dumping a bottle of gun oil down the pipe, letting it sit over night, then hitting it with my 22oz california framer, it moved. There is no indication as to why it did what it did, except for a small piece of cleaning patch in the gas port. I am going to clean it again, let it sit and take it out this weekend. Thanks for all the input. I was a few hours from cutting it apart just to find out what the heck was going on.

Wish I had more to give you guys. No rust, corrosion, imperfections, no reason that would cause the problem.
